陳超羣對外自稱係澳門威尼斯人及新加坡金沙賭場投資案負責人，自任首腦組織不法吸金集團，向民眾違法吸金，涉嫌違反銀行法。CHEN, CHAO-CHUN has claimed to external parties to be the person in charge of the investment projects for the Venetian casino in Macau and the Marina Bay Sands casino in Singapore and headed an organization to illegally solicited funds from investors. He was charged with violation of the Banking Act.
