To protect people's rights, MJIB welcomes and encourages the public to bring forward petition or complaints that lie within the Bureau's jurisdiction or in connection with its currently assigned duties. You can reach us by one of the following channels:

By phone:Special numbers are reserved (Complaints Phone list) for your use both at the Hqs and Field Stations. Further contacts with agents can be arranged.

By visit:You may visit the Hqs or any Field Station, and you will be received by agents on duty.

By mail:Special PO Boxes are reserved at local post offices. If the stated facts lie within the Bureau's jurisdiction you will be immediately taken care of, or a proper referral may be suggested.
