涉嫌事實
梁成金於民國87年間擔任交通銀行董事長期間,竟無視禾豐集團財務狀況欠佳,仍指示下屬由該行台北分行人員辦理徵信調查,2天內核貸並撥款禾豐集團新台幣7.3億元,造成交通銀行呆帳。臺北地方法院判處梁嫌有期徒刑2年,臺灣高等法院於民國99年4月8日駁回梁嫌上訴,全案定讞。During the period as LIANG, CHERNG-JIN performed the function as the Board Chairman of BANK OF COMMUNICATIONS in 1998, disregarding the poor financial status of Full Grain Holdings Ltd., he still instructed his subordinates to perform credit checking investigation through the personnel of Taipei branch, to approve a loan within 2 days and allocate the amount of NT$730 million to Full Grain Holdings Ltd., causing a bad debt to BANK OF COMMUNICATIONS. Taipei District Court judged the suspect LIANG a period of imprisonment of two years. Taiwan High Court rejected the appeal the suspect Liang on April 8, 2010. The whole case is rendered.
