涉嫌事實林明宏係南投縣集集鎮民代表會前代表,涉嫌於90年間協助南投縣議會之政府採購案件參標廠商行賄相關公務員,經高雄地方法院檢察署屢傳不到且拘提無著,遭該署發布通緝在案。Lin,Ming-Hung, former legislator of JiJi township, Nantou county, Taiwan, involved in a corruption case of Nantou legislature procurement wherein he assisted a firm to bribed government officials. He failured to be present before court and escape following arrests.
