涉嫌事實
慶富造船股份有限公司負責人陳慶男與其子副董事長陳偉志利用公司於民國103年得標承作國防部採購獵雷艦專案，以假增資及詐貸之手法，至105年12月止，計向聯貸銀行詐得新臺幣約27億2,342萬餘元，涉犯銀行法、商業會計法、刑法詐欺及洗錢防制法等罪嫌。The accused CHEN,WEI-JYH who was in the cases of violation of The Banking Act, Fraud , The Money Laundering Control Act, etc. Before the case was inquired, he fled overseas.
