孫佳宏利用其所開設之長勝國際開發股份有限公司及「NEW WELL INVESTMENT CO,LTD」2公司，與黃明湄等人自民國96年起，至100年2月止，向民眾郭士銘等人非法吸收資金，高達新臺幣約五十億元，涉犯銀行法及刑法詐欺等罪嫌。The accused SUN,CHIA-HUNG who was in the cases of violation of The Banking Act, Criminal Ceode Offences Of Fraud , etc. Before the case was inquired, he fled overseas.
