涉嫌事實呂政諺、張秀蘭夫妻2人係青松公司負責人、經理，自109年1月至110年4月間，呂、張2人任意動用青松公司帳戶現金及公司支票占為己用，致生青松公司損害共計新臺幣（下同）1億6,229萬2,543元。另呂、張2人涉犯刑法第336條第2項侵占、第339條第2項詐欺及第342條第1項背信罪嫌。 LU, CHENG-YEN, CHANG, HSIU-LAN conspired to embezzle company funds of over 100 million NT dollars and are both deemed suspect of breach of trust and other offenses. The Defendants were deemed suspect for the following offenses: embezzlement in Article 336, Paragraph 2, fraud as specified in Article 339, Paragraph 2 and breach of trust in Article 342, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code. They both exited the country on April 25, 2021.
