涉嫌事實阮琨程、黃盈禎夫婦於2003年1月創立農盟國際公司,偽稱係經核准之傳銷公司,兩年內吸金新台幣7億8千萬元,受害者2400人,公司多名幹部以電腦虛增會員訛詐7394萬元,經台中地檢署起訴,並由台中地院於2006年對該夫婦發布通緝。Juan, Kun-Cheng & his wife Huang, Ying-Chen were wanted by Taichung District Court because of Violating the Banking Law & the Fair Trade Act in 2003, with a false phenomenon of hot investment created by the false increase of members in the company Nung Meng which was established by themselves in 2003, the victims were reaching to 2400 persons and the amount of absorbing funds was equivalent to 780 million NT dollars.
